Set of exercises for stooping
The first point when working with stoop will be the shoulder blades:
⁃ pay attention to the sliding of the shoulder blade along the ribs
⁃ try NOT to strain your neck
⁃focus on low back stiffness
The second point, after mobility exercises, be sure to perform exercises on elastic strength and stability of the shoulder blades in different spectrums and amplitudes!
Do all exercises in your comfort zone. If you have acute pain, then there is no need to do this
