Exercises to relieve tension in the neck and shoulders
If you are familiar with neck pain, “withers”, headaches, I advise you to pay attention to this mini workout.
I’ve put together exercises that will help you, relieve neck tension and possibly take away the pain. Do them every day or whenever you feel the need.
Free neck and shoulders, simple exercises from 10 to 20 repetitions.
Do all exercises in your comfort zone. If you have acute pain, then there is no need to do this
