Exercise for the lower back – Brick

This is an excellent exercise for the abdominal and lumbar muscles.
The movement is strictly vertical.

You will need a brick to perform this exercise. Regularity and proper exercise technique are key factors in achieving the desired results.
What for:
– Strengthening the muscles of the lumbar region
– Strengthening the abdominal muscles

How many to do:
– 15 to 30 repetitions
– 3 to 6 approaches
– 2 times a week
What results: good sensations in the lumbar region and abdomen!

Do all exercises in your comfort zone. If you have acute pain, then there is no need to do this
