Exercise – А Book

One of those exercises that everyone can do, therefore it is easy to perform but VERY EFFECTIVE and adapts to any criteria and forms.

Suitable if you feel tension and stiffness in the thoracic region, tight neck and shoulders, pain under the shoulder blade or between the shoulder blades, there is a desire to move, but there is not enough time.

Do all exercises in your comfort zone. If you have acute pain, then there is no need to do this
