Posture is the habitual position of our body at rest and in motion….
☺️ In order to maintain a beautiful posture and healthy spine, regular workouts are necessary, which will include exercises for mobility and stability of the musculoskeletal system.
☝️ Lack of useful movement in a person’s life leads to loss of balance in the body → posture disorders and various kinds of ODA pathologies.
Do all exercises in your comfort zone. If you have acute pain, then there is no need to do this
