Exercises for a pinched sciatic nerve
Constant pinched nerve pain when you can’t think about anything else? 😓
☝️ The first thing to do is to relieve the tension, stretch the pectoralis muscle, reduce the swelling of the nerve. Especially in the acute phase – the first thing we need to do is to RESTRAIN the nerve. This can be done with exercises. 👣
In an acute case of a pinched sciatic nerve it can be difficult to do many exercises.
❗ Severe pain does not allow you to move with great amplitude, not to mention taking any uncomfortable postures. If you find yourself in this situation, the exercises in this video will be as gentle as possible for you and will allow you to relieve tension, soften, unblock the pinched nerve without sharp pain and difficult movements.
But after the situation improves, it is better to start doing other exercises to improve and consolidate the result.
Do all exercises in your comfort zone. If you have acute pain, then there is no need to do this
