Wave-like exercises for the body

Waves are a great way to work with spinal mobility under control.
The movement is carried out in segments, transferring it from the pelvis to the head or from the head to the pelvis through the articulation of the spine.
If you have never done something like this before, it is unlikely that you will be able to do this movement the first time…

But if you include waves in every workout, you will soon find that your body has caught this movement. And after some time you will realize that you are enjoying the process itself and a pleasant, exciting aftertaste.
