Shoulder Health
The shoulder joint is the scapula and humerus.
This entire structure hangs on the muscles (we are not considering the collarbone for now).
The health of the shoulder joint depends on how well the shoulder blade moves.
I am a practicing trainer and often see how the shoulder joint takes on extra movement behind the scapula.
This can lead to joint hypermobility.
There is nothing good about this. This is a recipe for injury.
Do this exercise regularly and your shoulder blade will move easier and your shoulder joint will be healthier.
Do all exercises in your comfort zone. If you have acute pain, then there is no need to do this
