Exercises for the lower back — Towel

Most people experience tension and discomfort in their lower back at the end of the day.

This especially applies to office workers.
• Why?
Because during the day there is very little movement and a lot of static position. Hence the accumulation of tension in the pelvic and lumbar regions.

At a minimum, back comfort is affected by:
⁃ Normotonus of the back muscles;
⁃ Good chest excursion/diaphragm work;
⁃ Mobility of the hip joints and normal tone of the muscles of the pelvic region;

This is what we will work with in this mini-complex. We only need a mat and a bath towel rolled into a roller.
We perform the exercises in a comfort zone.
We do 5 to 8 repetitions on each side.
