Nutrition of the intervertebral discs in an adult depends on movement.
No movement – no nutrition.
If you sit a lot during the day and move little, the muscles are not well nourished, and the ligaments too.
The video shows a simple exercise to improve movement and create conditions for the nutrition of spinal structures (discs, ligaments, joints, muscles).
When not to do:
⁃ with acute pain
⁃ if the exercise causes discomfort.
Do all exercises in your comfort zone. If you have acute pain, then there is no need to do this
