Have you noticed how you slouch in photographs?
Or when you pass by a mirror, seeing yourself in the reflection, you stop, straighten your back and try to maintain control and move on, and after a minute your back is in a semicircle again?
Perhaps you tried to correct the situation with a massage and then diligently tried to keep your back straight “at all costs.”
All this is only a temporary effect, because the body simply does not have enough strength to hold itself upright, even when we are just sitting.
Therefore, more powerful measures are needed here – this is movement. Not just in a straight line, but in different directions to distribute the load evenly between all parts of the spine.
Do these exercises to correct your posture and relax your back, especially after a hard day at work.
What exercises will help:
1. Lie on your left side, bend your knees and place them in front of you. Stretch your pelvis through your upper buttock, place your left hand behind your head, and extend your right hand in front of you.
From here, as you inhale, open your chest, following your right hand with your gaze, and as you exhale, return back. Repeat the exercise on the other side.
2. Sit on the floor, bend your knees, put your arms back and turn your palms forward at 45 degrees, then fall between your shoulder blades. Breathe back into your back and feel it stretch.
As you exhale, begin to press into the floor with your hands and stretch your collarbones upward at 45 degrees, opening your chest. Then come back.
3.Kneel down, extend your arms in front of you, and tilt your body back as far as is comfortable. As you inhale, alternately stretch your left and then your right hand back, accompanying it with your gaze. As you exhale, come back.
